Terms of Service

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using any feature of Q-Grid Comply, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using Q-Grid Comply on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the service.

Q-Grid Comply is an AI-assisted compliance automation platform. The service includes:

• —Post-quantum cryptography (PQC) compliance assessments aligned to NIST FIPS 203 (ML-KEM-768) and NIST FIPS 204 (ML-DSA-65)
• —EU AI Act compliance assessments and risk classification under REGULATION (EU) 2024/1689
• —SWIFT Customer Security Programme (CSP) 2027 readiness assessments
• —AI-generated compliance reports with gap analysis and remediation guidance
• —Hedera blockchain-anchored audit trails providing cryptographic proof-of-compliance
• —Free Q-Grid Scanner tool for PQC vulnerability assessment of public-facing endpoints
• —ML-DSA-65 post-quantum signatures on all compliance artifacts

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features with reasonable notice to users. Material changes to core functionality will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Accounts are created and managed via Clerk authentication. You agree to:

• —Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• —Maintain the security of your credentials and not share them with others
• —Notify us immediately at admin@taurusai.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• —Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

New accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan. No credit card is required to start.

• —Full access to all Growth plan features during the trial period
• —Reports and audit trails generated during the trial are retained if you subscribe
• —After 14 days, the account reverts to a read-only state until a subscription is activated
• —One free trial per organization — additional free trials at our discretion

Subscriptions are billed in EUR via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• —Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month unless cancelled
• —Annual subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary date
• —You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refund for the remaining term
• —Failed payments result in a 3-day grace period before service suspension, with email notification at each attempt
• —EU VAT is applied where applicable in accordance with EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC
• —We reserve the right to change pricing with 60 days' notice to subscribers

You agree to use Q-Grid Comply only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• ✗Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• ✗Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the platform
• ✗Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without our written permission
• ✗Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data through the platform
• ✗Use the service to assess systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to test
• ✗Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent assessment data
• ✗Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the platform without a written reseller agreement
• ✗Use the service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its availability

Violations may result in immediate account suspension. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations and may disclose account information pursuant to a valid legal process.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• —Q-Grid Comply is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular compliance purpose
• —We do not warrant that assessments will identify all compliance gaps or that following our guidance will result in regulatory compliance
• —Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• —We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• —We are not liable for regulatory penalties, fines, or enforcement actions taken against your organization

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of implied warranties or limitations of liability. In such cases, these exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario), administered in Toronto, Ontario, with proceedings conducted in English.

For EU customers, nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws or your right to pursue claims before your local courts.
